Use the LPC appointment route for personal counseling
Brazosport’s Licensed Professional Counselor page lists Kimberly Washington, a phone and email contact, and a Calendly appointment link.
Start from that college page to reach the booking route. Check the appointment description before selecting a time, and ask the counselor if the listed options do not match your request. Keep the resulting confirmation so you can verify where and how to attend. If you need help using the booking page, use the counselor’s published contact instead of trying an unrelated advising calendar.

Use e-advising for the academic question
The e-advising page covers matters such as schedules and degree requirements and explicitly excludes personal counseling. Questions about individual educational records use the official BC email account.
If a class problem and a personal concern are connected, write down what you need from each office. For example, an advisor can receive a question about a course schedule while the LPC receives an appointment request. Describe the academic task in the advising request; ask the counseling office where to discuss personal details. This keeps each conversation directed to the person who handles it.

Choose the new or returning accessibility checklist
Accessibility Services publishes separate new-student and current-or-previous-student checklists. Its instructions also direct students returning after two semesters away to the previous-student route.
Use the checklist that fits your enrollment history and contact Accessibility Services if the distinction is unclear. Ask which documentation is needed for your request and how to address missing information. Tell the office if you already have an approval from an earlier term so it can identify the next administrative step. A counseling booking does not tell you whether an accessibility application or update has reached this office.
Complete the BC-email signature and instructor handoff
Brazosport directs students to review and sign approved accommodations through BC email. The resulting letters are sent to the student to share with instructors, and letters are needed for each attending semester. Assessment Center test accommodations have a separate request form.
Watch for the approval message and check which action remains: signing, receiving a letter, sharing it, or arranging a test. If you change a class, ask whether the letters need updating. Follow up with Accessibility Services about a missing message before assuming the process is finished. For testing, confirm the separate request and the arrangements for the particular exam.
Considering therapy or medication management at Lyte
Lyte provides therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Ask which service and clinician fit your needs. A medication evaluation does not guarantee a prescription or continuation of a particular medication.
Lyte Psychiatry offers telehealth visits to patients who are physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. In-person appointments take place at Lyte’s Pantego clinic; this campus guide does not describe a Lyte office at the institution.
Coverage and costs depend on your specific plan, clinician, visit type and deductible. Confirm network status and expected costs before booking. A student plan, parent’s plan or campus referral does not by itself establish Lyte coverage.
Confirm appointment format, availability and costs before booking. For questions, call 469-733-0848. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time. Weekend appointments are limited and offered case by case.
Send medical records and insurance details only through the practice’s approved secure intake process.
