Psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychological testing for patients age 6+. In-person in Dallas-Fort Worth and by telehealth across Texas and New Mexico.
What to expect when you refer
Fast placement
Most referred patients are seen within 1-2 business days. Same-week in-person appointments are available in DFW for evaluations that require one, including new-patient stimulant starts under Texas law.
Insurance handled before the visit
We verify coverage first. In-network with Ambetter, Superior, Molina, BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, Tricare, and Medicare. Most patients pay $0-$30 per visit.
You stay in the loop
With patient consent, you receive an evaluation summary after the initial visit and updates at medication changes. We treat; you keep the therapeutic or primary-care relationship.
How to refer
Fax or call is fastest. For urgent cases, call and mark the referral urgent - we hold same-day slots. Please use fax or phone for anything containing patient information.
