Contact the Success Coordinator for your campus
Hill lists separate accommodation contacts for Hill County, Johnson County and the Burleson Higher Education Center on its Disability Services page.
Identify your campus when asking to begin a request. If you attend in more than one location or online, ask which coordinator should handle your file. Explain that you want the accommodation application and interview instructions. Keep the name of the office handling the request so that later documents and questions follow the same route rather than being sent to several people independently.

Ask the coordinator to consider the documentation you already have
For ADHD, Hill’s guidance says students without an evaluation from the past three years should submit their most recent documentation for consideration. The review remains case by case.
Identify the date and source of your existing records before asking what to provide. Let the coordinator explain whether more information is needed for the request; do not assume the age of a document settles the decision by itself. If an update is requested, ask for the specific missing information and share the college’s instructions with the professional who can address it. This can make the follow-up more precise than requesting an unspecified new letter.

Complete the application and arrange the interview
Hill requires an accommodation application, appropriate documentation, and a scheduled interview with a Success Coordinator.
Ask how to obtain the current application and deliver the supporting material. Before the interview, note the course activities you want to discuss and any time-sensitive class or assessment dates. Check that the coordinator has received your submission and knows which questions remain. Keep a list of pending items so that a completed application is not mistaken for a finished review. The conversation can clarify what information the office still needs.

Clarify the decision and implementation steps
The college’s guidance asks for information about current academic impact and places authorization of accommodations with the Advising and Success Center.
At the end of the interview, ask how you will receive the decision and what you should do next if an arrangement is approved. Find out who handles questions from instructors and what to do when a course or schedule changes. If you also need personal counseling or an outside clinical appointment, arrange that separately; the accommodation review is about educational access. Keep the office’s instructions available for the point when you need to put an approved arrangement into practice.

Considering therapy or medication management at Lyte
Lyte provides therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Ask which service and clinician fit your needs. A medication evaluation does not guarantee a prescription or continuation of a particular medication.
Lyte Psychiatry offers telehealth visits to patients who are physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. In-person appointments take place at Lyte’s Pantego clinic; this campus guide does not describe a Lyte office at the institution.
Coverage and costs depend on your specific plan, clinician, visit type and deductible. Confirm network status and expected costs before booking. A student plan, parent’s plan or campus referral does not by itself establish Lyte coverage.
Request a Lyte appointmentConfirm appointment format, availability and costs before booking. For questions, call 469-733-0848. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time. Weekend appointments are limited and offered case by case.
Send medical records and insurance details only through the practice’s approved secure intake process.
Questions before you arrange care
Should I discard an ADHD evaluation because it is more than three years old?
Hill’s guidance allows the most recent documentation to be submitted for consideration when a newer evaluation has not been completed. Ask the coordinator what else is needed.

Does sending documentation finish the accommodation request?
Also complete the application and arrange the Success Coordinator interview. Ask the office how it communicates the review outcome and next steps.
