Before following the link, name the task you want to complete: arrange a scheduled counseling visit, learn about another listed service or resolve access to your account. Read the option labels and ask for help if they do not match your goal. Once you receive a confirmation, check which service it names. Reaching an account screen or starting an inquiry should not be recorded as a completed appointment booking.
Keep medical-access questions separate from a counseling request
The university’s page also describes Uwill medical services and says campus Wellness Services staff help students with access.
If you are contacting the campus office, say which service you are trying to reach. An account problem may look similar even when the appointment needed is different. Ask staff to identify the appropriate entry point rather than assuming a counseling request also creates a medical appointment. If you are trying to continue care already provided elsewhere, explain that administrative situation and ask the relevant service what information it needs before any appointment is arranged.
Use OLLU’s named route for a Uwill technical problem
For website or registration difficulties, OLLU links a Student Issues with Uwill form.
Open that route from the university page so you are using the current link. Make a brief note of the step that failed, the date and any error message. Those details can help you describe the problem without copying your entire health history into a technical inquiry. Follow the form’s instructions for what to provide. If you do not know whether an earlier request went through, ask how to check its status before repeatedly submitting the same issue.
Ask campus staff which next step remains open
Counseling and Wellness publishes phone and email contacts and places its San Antonio office in Walter Student Service Center Suite 206.
Use that contact when you cannot tell whether you are waiting on registration help or appointment scheduling. Explain what you tried and what response you received, then ask who handles the remaining step. Keep a short private note of the office, action and expected contact method. When access is restored, check your appointment status separately; solving a login problem does not tell you whether a visit was booked.
Considering therapy or medication management at Lyte
Lyte provides therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Ask which service and clinician fit your needs. A medication evaluation does not guarantee a prescription or continuation of a particular medication.
Lyte Psychiatry offers telehealth visits to patients who are physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. In-person appointments take place at Lyte’s Pantego clinic; this campus guide does not describe a Lyte office at the institution.
