Open with your campus and the days you are normally there. Ask whether the proposed visit will be at that campus or elsewhere. Before traveling, confirm the building, room and arrival instructions directly with the office. Keep those details with the appointment date so a general campus address does not become your only navigation information.

Ask what a remote arrangement would involve

Explain if travel is the obstacle and ask which arrangement fits the appointment being discussed. Clarify whether a message is simply arranging the visit or whether you have a confirmed remote session. For a scheduled video appointment, ask how the link will arrive and whom to contact if it does not appear. PJC describes short-term counseling for enrolled students and community referrals that take geographical needs into account.
If you discuss outside care, tell the office which area you can realistically travel to and what schedule constraints matter. If the first suggestion does not work, describe the barrier when you return to PJC for guidance; a specific obstacle is more useful than an unexplained request for a different list.

Lyte provides therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Ask which service and clinician fit your needs. A medication evaluation does not guarantee a prescription or continuation of a particular medication.
Lyte Psychiatry offers telehealth visits to patients who are physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. In-person appointments take place at Lyte’s Pantego clinic; this campus guide does not describe a Lyte office at the institution.
