We can write a school letter for a 504 plan request or a coach's note if the evaluation supports it. Bring any prior testing, report cards and the school's counselor contact. For a stimulant start, the first visit is in person at Pantego; everything else can be by video.
Do you take cash-pay Southlake patients who want to skip insurance?
